Canonical Reverts the Intel Microcode Firmware Update for Tiger Lake Systems on all Supported Ubuntu Releases

Canonical has reverted the Intel Microcode update released on November 11th, 2020 for all supported Ubuntu Linux releases to address a regression causing boot failures on some Intel Tiger Lake systems.
